As a member of SynergyTech, you are able to pool your training needs with other area businesses and industries who share similar needs and concerns. This achieves economies of scale in terms of:

  • Immediate access to providers and resources for customized training.
  • Access to a pool of associates from other organizations who can help form a class request that you may need for only a few associates.

Most good products and services begin with a need. SynergyTech is no exception.

In 1996, HR managers from various companies in Northwest Arkansas decided to work together to find and share resources to help train their workforce. That concept has grown into a consortium of over 20 companies, dedicated to the idea that working in partnership creates a stronger skilled labor pool that benefits everyone.

Course offerings now range to more than 60 topics. Whether it be People Skills, Technology or Technical Training - SynergyTech pulls together quality resources and providers to give you the best possible training at the lowest possible cost...

We work to find or create the training you need, when you need it!

As a non-profit organization, SynergyTech works to keep its staff and overhead low so that we can help you stretch your training dollar to the maximum. To operate, we depend on dues and donations from our membership. There are three levels of membership of which you can be involved, Corporate, Council or Associate.

Together we can turn training challenges into training solutions!
