Satisfaction Guaranteed
We guarantee your satisfaction with the quality, techniques and
information presented with any SynergyTech training. If you are
not satisfied with your course, we will find you suitable training
or refund your money.

Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are encouraged when an original registrant is unable
to attend. A full refund will be given to registrants who cancel
more than five working days prior to the scheduled course. A $50.00
processing fee will be applied to all cancellations received five
working days or less before the scheduled course date. Day of the
course cancellations and no-shows will be billed in full. Whenever
feasibly possible, SynergyTech will provide participants with 72
hours advance notice of class cancellations or postponements.
Dress for Comfort
Please dress comfortably. For some that means a suit, for others,
casual sportswear. Because it is difficult to regulate temperature
for all participants, we suggest that you ensure your personal comfort
by bringing a sweater or light jacket.
Payment Information
SynergyTech submits monthly invoices to all our member companies.
Independent students must pay in advance or on the day of training.
Enrollment Policy
All classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment (6)
is not met. Participants will be notified of cancellation at least
72 hours prior to class date. ANY CANCELLATION/NO SHOW BY STUDENT
ON DAY OF SCHEDULED CLASS WILL BE BILLED IN FULL. Substitutions
are encouraged, if necessary. A $50 cancellation fee will be invoiced
should registrants cancel five or less working days prior to the
class with no substitution.
NON-MEMBERS: Must be approved by supervisor with P.O. number; include
an additional 10% service charge to the class price; any EWTP grants
generated will be automatically donated to SynergyTech for processing
fees.
